The Labor World Integration Association "LABOR" has been established in response to a sign of our times such as unemployment. The Association consists of lay Catholics. We represent all circles of the World of Labor. Among us are the employed, employers as well as the unemployed. The Association is apolitical.We want to teach and help people to understand "Who I am as a human being, a Christian, a Pole, a citizen, a worker".
INTEGRATION means for us acting together, co-working, joint efforts of all the spheres of the World of Labor: employees, businessmen and employers, the unemployed; the necessity to enter the relationship with God, with yourself and others (thus respectively: spiritual, personality and interpersonal integration), co-creation of the reality, completing your own humanity.
The “LABOR” Association is based on two pillars:
1. its formative and spiritual character – development of spiritual life (especially in the scope of labor spirituality)
2. its practical nature – specific actions inspiring all kinds of activity and entrepreneurship (civil and occupational commitment)
A difficult situation can also be a challenge and an opportunity...
